Caleb K. Wilson is a digital content and social media specialist currently working with the Media Resources Center at Wichita State University. For over seven years, he has trained and consulted businesses, journalists, on-air personalities, instructors, and others; guiding experts in their field through the constantly evolving online landscape.
In addition to professional pursuits, Caleb is also the co-creator of Folk Rooster, a lifestyle brand that features podcast, video, and written content. He is also interested in using social media for philanthropic efforts. Caleb was asked to join the board of directors for the Eagle Valley Raptor Center after managing a large, online fundraising campaign for the organization. With the funds raised, the EVRC was able to save hundreds of Kansas owls, eagles, hawks, and other birds of prey.
Aside from marketing, web, and social media, Caleb is always trying to figure out ways to be a better runner, eater, yoga practicer, and traveler. Being a “student of humanity” (a phrase coined by one of his favorite teachers) is the idea he strives to live up to every day.
